Bird's Nest Resort

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming room! We found it comfortable. Definitely worth the extra for an efficiency as it was nice to have a coffee maker and a fridge in the room. Two double beds was fine for our two adults, one kid family. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend. Also I would recommend renting a golf cart here as it was very convenient and less expensive than the golf cart rental places.

It was very quiet which we loved. I like that the rooms are individual cottages. We had everything we needed. They have go cart rentals on site.

I recently stayed at Birds Next Motel and had a wonderful experience! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. I also appreciated how quiet the place was; it was the perfect environment to relax and unwind.Plus my dog enjoys it there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Host was very lovely. The house is beautiful and peaceful. She has such a wonderful set up, I wish our stay was longer. Look forward to booking again in the future.

We stayed here because it was dog friendly and offered cabins. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin with two dogs and my in-laws. It had 1.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom and the living room had window AC units. The kitchen had a standard size refrigerator plus mini fridge, deep freeze, oven, microwave, and a few basic pots and pans. It’s very quiet at night which is nice! There is a good amount of green space if you’re traveling with dogs, and they’re only a half mile walk to the dog park. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. They have 4-seater golf carts available to tent for a reasonable price, though they’re slower than some of the others on the island. The office staff was friendly. They also provide linens which is nice for the island. It was clear they try to maintain things in decent shape for what it is. The two biggest issues they could improve are that the bathrooms in the cabin do not have doors that lock and the one was very difficult to close. No one wants their in-laws surprising them like that…. And the stairs to get in were pretty worn which made them difficult for our parents to see, which caused them to actually stumble on the stairs.

A tucked away place on Put-In-Bay by the airport and Miller's Ferry end. It is quiet, clean and has an outdoor pool. The check-in office has coffee and a little general store only open during business hours and also offers carts for rent. The cart prices are higher than other places but are available when renting a room. A two night minimum was required when we rented. There are a few room options and we did the king. The restroom had plenty of drawers and storage with a shower/tub combo. This was a nice, quiet experience for how crazy the island can get on the weekends. Will be a returning customer in the summers to come. The location of this hotel in Put-In-Bay is great. It is super peaceful and far way from the loudness. The staff is super friendly and I hope I can come back soon! I totally recommend this resort if you are looking for peace and quiet away from all the crowds and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Birds Nest. We got the king room. Bed was comfy and room was clean, just enough space for a weekend. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was nice. Some toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner and body was I think). The pool was clean. We used the pavilion with the grill and loved it. Barely any bugs due to the material it’s made of. Office staff was super friendly and we loved how quiet it was back there compared to the hustle of downtown. It was close to the Miller ferry and golf cart rentals. We will for sure be back!
